JOB DESCRIPTION

• Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, reports, and external sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Use statistical and analytical tools to perform data analysis
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis
• Create visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and draw meaningful insights from data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients when required.
• Support operations on a 24/7 basis, with rotating shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate complex technical information in simple terms to clients.
• Understand and manage client requirements.
• Collaborate with the support team to escalate unresolved issues to the relevant product vendors.
• Maintain close communication with vendors to improve and support product solutions based on feedback and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance knowledge in IT security products and solutions.

Requirements:
