About the Role:

As a Retail Coffee Specialist, you will be part of the exciting and new omni-channel retail team, representing PPP Coffee on the frontline to advance our mission in connecting people with coffee. You will drive PPP Coffee's retail concept store and will be responsible for being the bridge between the product team and the coffee community by providing recommendations for home brewers from our range of coffee and equipment.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the front-of-house retail operations of the assigned outlet(s) by PPP Coffee in Singapore
• Responsible for maintaining the look-and-feel of the shop through visual merchandising and daily housekeeping
• Ensure a high standard of service is provided in the store at all times
• Conduct and follow up on requests for in-store demos, events and/or workshops
• Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Manage store inventory and arrange for stock replenishment
• Track, monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in monthly stock take
• Participate in regular product trainings and/or workshop
• Provide feedback and/or suggest areas for improvement
• Assist with any other duties as required by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Able to speak fluent English and/or communicate confidently with a diverse group of people
• Keen interest in specialty coffee and brewing equipment
• Service oriented and a team player
• 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related field
• Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security with at least 1-2 years of desktop, helpdesk or IT experience

• A committed and responsible team player with good attitude to learn new challenges and also able to work independently

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Research

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the field of Smart Hygiene.
• Utilize market insights to inform product decisions and enhance competitive positioning.

5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Smart Hygiene system's usage, adoption, and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in product management, preferably in IoT or technology-related industries.
3. Strong technical background with a good understanding of IoT systems and technologies.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of hygiene standards and practices (preferred).

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment
• Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate's assessment to performing interviews and offer management
• Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a range of different hiring strategies, sourcing and searching on various job portals
• Screen and conduct assessment of potential candidates

Requirements:
