2. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok), develop engaging monitor performance, and propose strategies for improvement.

3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on all social media accounts.

4. Manage and update point-of-sale systems and 3rd party delivery vendors.

5. Communicate with respective outlet managers regarding marketing activities and promotion mechanics.

6. Liaise with external organisations for joint partnerships and promotions.

Our client Alfa Medicus, is seeking a claims administrative assistant/executive.

Job Title: Claims Administrative Assistant/Executive ($2600-$2800)

Job Responsibilities:

- Submit e-claims through the Mediclaim portal in accordance to Medisave Regulations

- Update Medisave Summary file on the submission and status of claims

- Check and ensure claims payment from various institutions are tally with no discrepancies and follow-up with relevant parties on any claim issues

- Issue of final bill or cheque refund to relevant parties

- File and organize all related documents, ensure accuracy and done in a timely manner

- Handle all claim enquiries from calls/emails

- Maintain prompt communication with both internal and external parties

- Provide the required support with the objective of providing quality claim service experience

- Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

- Possess e-filing claims processing experience in healthcare industry would be advantageous

- Proficient in MS Office

- A team player and able to work independantly

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadline in a fast paced environment

- Organized and has an eye for detail

Working Location: Cuppage Centre Somerset

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
