The primary responsibility of this role will be managing the accounts payable process. Additionally, the Account Executive will provide support for general administrative and accounting duties, contributing to the efficient operation of the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval before payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the accounts payable ledger.
• Reconcile supplier statements with internal records to ensure consistency and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or energy sector.
