Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for solution design and maintenance of applications used in the company which includes but not limited to Warehouse Management System (WMS), Cargowise One and its B2B integrations between customer systems and the applications
• Provide user support (2nd level support) and troubleshooting for any issue related to the application and B2B integrations in accordance to target SLA
• Liaise with software vendor to resolve any issue that cannot be solved at 2nd level
• Responsible to design basic B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS including developing programs/scripts to convert customer formats if required
• Review RFQ requirements and partner with Sales and Marketing team to provide solutions and process integration that can assist in securing contracts
• Partner with Products and Operations Excellence teams on continuous improvement projects in relations to system to improve work efficiency

Qualifications
