Job Description

• Assist in guiding the team of Property Officers for all the estate management matters of a Division, including but not limited to routine building maintenance works, cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, use and control of the common property, arrears management etc.
• Establish and maintain close partnership with relevant agencies and grassroots organizations so as to achieve the vision and mission of the Town Council.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure improvement works are carried out to contractual standards, provide leadership to a team in the day-to-day estate management operations and to effectively carry out the functions and duties of the Town Council.
• Any ad-hoc duties are assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Dipoma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in estate management and managing township properties.

Manager, Regional Communications

Objectives

• Develop digital/market/external communication strategies and plans for the Business Management Unit to engage relevant stakeholders and accelerate business growth
• Implement and support employee communication for the Regional Business Unit Performance Materials Asia Pacific and the Business Management Unit
• Support communication plans for the Regional Operations community, Creation Centers outside China, Consumer Electronics Competency Center and Footwear Innovation Center.

Responsibilities

• Be the competence center for branding and strategic marketing communications for Asia Pacific business unit and mentor the communications team within the Unit on these topics.
• Work in close collaboration with Business Management Unit Vice President and Regional Marketing team to proactively understand the strategic needs of the Business, and how digital marketing can contribute to business growth.
• Formulate and execute all communication activities for the Business Management Unit in Asia Pacific, as well as for Creation Centers and other competency centers outside China. Develop strategic marketing communications plans for the Unit.
• Provide communications consultancy services on Business Management Unit communications to all countries in Asia-Pacific.
• Implementation of global and regional online communications activities, including global/regional/country internet, content development for global/regional websites, design digital marketing campaigns and social media programs, etc.
• Coordinate with Communications team members, agency partners and other departments to execute various projects, including the industry’s leading trade fair, developing marketing literature, event modular concept, internal communications, media relations, etc.
• Support digital marketing activities such as Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing, etc.
• Support global and regional internal communication activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media or Marketing
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, branding and marketing communications.
• MNC work experience is preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of basic computer programs (i.e., Microsoft 365 like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), experienced in preparing presentations, event moderation and preferably video/photo editing skills.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Branch Manager (Full Body Beauty Solutions)

• 4 days off a month (Every Sunday and PH off)

Salary Package:

Basic salary: S$ 2,500 - 3,300 + Attendance Allowance + performance bonus + Overriding

Job Summary:
As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

A) Branch Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.

B ) Beauty:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
