Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to perform field technical work in delivering installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair work for the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist to perform the preventive maintenance and corrective work for building services, assets/installations at the client’s premises according to local statutory regulation, HSE, and client’s site-specific requirement, etc.

SCOPE

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Audio Visual & Engineering Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all AV equipment. Mechanical Technician

A Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring allotted mechanical maintenance and repair work is carried out safely, effectively and accordingly to procedure and that his supervisor is made aware of all activities, especially where safety is an issue.

A Mechanical Technician is authorized to maintain and repair vessel mechanical equipment and systems.

1) Dismantle Repair and Reassemble Mechanical Equipment.

• Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.
• Use correct procedures and correct method of dismantling.
