Core Job Responsibilities

Lead a Model Classroom

• Maintain an orderly and clean Montessori prepared environment in accordance to Guidepost Montessori standards

About this role:
This is a newly created role within our Novela Category Management team to help drive the continued growth of our business.

As a Category Buyer for Beauty Products, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the procurement strategy for our organization's beauty product category. Castlery is looking for a Category Growth Lead.

The Category Growth Lead is responsible for building the overall growth strategy for a category to support the business’ success. They will set long term revenue targets, identify and execute key growth levers with relevant stakeholders and is the owner of their category’s P&L. This role requires close partnerships with various stakeholders across the company to ensure our product assortment continues to scale sustainably and serve customers’ needs in all our markets.

What you’ll be doing

• Own annual Category P&L and enhancing category profitability.
• Own Category 3-Year strategy and roadmap planning for revenue growth including category target setting, identifying and implementing necessary growth levers, setting overall category assortment direction.
• Lead seasonal product development strategy in line with 3-Year roadmap (inclusive of range expansion/discontinuation, approval of new product margin & forecast) with Category and Demand Planning teams.
• Direct go-to-market strategy for each seasonal launch, ensuring new product introductions are well-supported and achieve targets.
• Monthly category Open-To-Buy, review sales/inventory health and identify opportunities to improve sales completion.
• Quarterly category forecast review to align mid-long term category trend and performance to revenue targets with relevant business stakeholders.
• Quarterly consolidation and prioritization of customer and product feedback, utilizing these insights to inform future new product development.

What you’ll need

• 5-7 years of experience in category growth/category management for a leading retail or ecommerce company, preferably in a similar product category.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing category strategies that drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for a portfolio of IC products to support increasing volume in Infineon.
• Responsible for Continuous Backend Yield Monitoring, Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
• Implement Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT & Advanced Maverick Screening Methodologies on Non Turnkey parts in Infineon.
• Develop Metrics to Monitor In-line Process & Final Test performance monitoring.
• Work to develop Data Automation Roadmap to enable tools to improve Product Engineering job efficiency & analytics capabilities.

Your Profile

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Customer Service Finance role preferably in Healthcare Industry in ASEAN with exposure to SAP.
