As part of the Global Headquarters for Asahi Global Procurement, the HR Programs and Projects Lead will design, manage, and execute high-impact HR initiatives focused on Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in collaboration with Procurement leadership teams, regional HR team as well as Asahi Group HR. Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of custom Fiori/UI5 applications. The successful candidate will lead the development team, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver responsive, user-centric, and scalable solutions tailored to complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor the Fiori/UI5 development team, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and development standards.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Application Design & Development:

• Design and develop custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and related technologies.
• Implement modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SAP Fiori Design Guidelines to create responsive and intuitive UIs.
• Architect and document technical solutions, aligning them with business and technical goals.

Integration & Data Management:

• Develop custom OData services for seamless integration between SAP backend systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and frontend applications.
• Design and implement integration solutions using SAP Gateway, OData services, REST APIs, or Web Services.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend integration processes for performance and reliability.

User Experience (UX):

• Ensure applications adhere to SAP's UX guidelines and are designed with user-centric principles.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build visually appealing and engaging interfaces.
• Continuously enhance application usability, responsiveness, and performance across platforms.

Best Practices & Optimization:

• Implement SAP Fiori Design Principles, SAPUI5 performance tuning techniques, and efficient data management strategies.
• Share knowledge and establish best practices within the team to enhance collective expertise.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with:

• SAP UI5 (JavaScript), HTML, CSS, jQuery, and SAP Fiori design and development.
• Developing user-centric interfaces, optimizing web performance, and integrating SAP systems with frontend applications.
• SAP Fiori Application Architecture, including templates like Worklist, Master-Detail, Smart Controls, Smart Templates, Fragments, and Themes.

Proven experience with:

• Creating dynamic UI content, responsive UI5 applications, cross-application navigation, and OData service integration.
• SAP NetWeaver ABAP Stack, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Reports, and online transactions.
• Proficiency in development tools such as SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and SAP UI5 tools.
• Participation in at least 3 SAP implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience optimizing SAP Fiori applications for performance on multiple devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for backend integration and frontend issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and SAP architects.

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.

Implement and support SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Finance

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

Proven experience in implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.

Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration tools and techniques.
