We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Medical Device Engineer to oversee the development of cutting-edge ECG (electrocardiogram) systems as part of our rapidly growing healthcare division.

Responsibilities

• Partner product managers and sales leaders to understand and positively impact the product roadmap to ensure that is aligned with market trends, customer input and corporate direction
• Integrate and align go-to-market strategies and campaigns that generate demand across service lines where possible for the enterprise business
• Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to corporate directions in all marketing activities across the company
• Consistently analyse the market and competitive landscape – an expert on the market and provide recommendations for both product and company direction
• Integrate and align where necessary for sales and marketing content to help sales drive opportunities to closure which includes creation of product presentations, technical briefs, data sheets, success story collaterals, competitive information etc.
• Oversee original content for and successfully deliver webinar presentations, conference speaking opportunities and industry articles
• Develop and implement operating policies in his field of work
• Actively derive partner development opportunities with Sales leaders and Solution/Product line managers to identify priorities, focus partner marketing initiatives, and success metrics.
• Drive digital marketing for enterprise business

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, advertising and/or communications
• At least 10 years of experience in the same field is required, in Telco or ICT industry
• Incumbent should also be equipped with supervisory experience managing teams.
• Equipped with up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

In this position you will join our Singapore Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Taking responsibility for projects from initial design, through to construction and final review.
• Working in collaboration with other design disciplines, locally and regionally to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
• Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications.
• Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 10 to 12 years’ relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical Design and commissioning of M&E systems in modern commercial and industrial buildings. Data Centre Experience will be preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead project team members on technical delivery. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sufficient experience to demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices.
• Organised approach and ability to accept increased responsibility and produce accurate and detailed work.
• High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit will be highly desired, with advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations
• Oversee daily and weekly deliverables such as the store checklist and inventory checklists
• Work with store manager to lead store sales performance and customer service excellence
• Delegate work, encourage and provide feedback to the team and acts as the outstanding "go to" person
• Coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, and plays a hands-on role on the sales floor
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
• Train new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift
• Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Be a customer experience champion, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent
• Completion of tertiary education and a good working knowledge of MS Office will be a plus
• Ability to work various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
