Requirements:

Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultant to join us with:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as in-house or commercial lawyer with regulatory background.
• In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.
• Proficiency in writing and drafting legal documents in Japanese, as well as the capacity to support the commercial team in the Japan market. Proficiency in both Japanese and English, and qualification to the Japanese bar is essential.

Responsibilities:
Assist in all legal, contractual, dispute, compliance, corporate governance, and all other matters
within the Legal & Compliance Department of the Company. Key responsibilities include, but
not limited to:--
• Reviewing and advising commodities (oil, gas, petrochemical) trading contracts;
