What you offer

· 5+ years’ experience gained from providing executive assistant support within the professional services industry (finance, consulting or legal)

· Prior experience gained in the capacity of legal secretary, practice admin assistant, team assistant to a legal or corporate governance team is essential

· Be proactive and be able to understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team

· Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
