Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies or equivalent
• Basic knowledge on companies law, commercial law, labor law, insolvency law, competition law and anti-bribery law under English and/or US laws
• High proficiency in English language and Japanese language (JLPT Level N1 or ability to speak, read and write at business level) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with the head offices in Tokyo, as well as both local and expatriate staff in the branch offices and subsidiary companies
• Skills to create and present materials both in Japanese and English to communicate effectively with counterparties
• More than 2-year experience in abovementioned requirements

Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Content Creation: Help create compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and organic social media efforts.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Able to commit 3-6 months, preferably full-time, but open to part-time arrangements
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, startups, marketing, social media, and digital trends.
