Key responsibilities:

Student Care

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the centre and our seasonal programs.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, newsletter, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
• Assist in organising events and workshops to increase brand visibility and commuity engagement.

You will be working closely with our Community Engagement team with focus on managing programmes, events and campaigns. Your involvement is important in our efforts to better support and empower children with chronic illnesses & their families.

Events Management

• Assist and support organisation’s annual signature events and social integration programmes in accordance with organisational objectives and standards to actively engage Club Rainbow’s beneficiaries and their families.
• Sourcing of corporate sponsors for events.
• Plan and coordinate logistics, budget and manpower resources for the events and programmes.
• Coordinate volunteer management and engagement programmes to augment meaningful engagement between volunteers, beneficiaries and their families.

Community Partnership

• Assist in all areas of fundraising events including the sourcing of corporate sponsors
• Assist in setting up awareness booth and raising awareness about Club Rainbow to the general public during roadshows Others
• Take stock and make a record of in-kind donations received and liaise with respective parties for any in-kind donations received
• Support the maintenance of data, other marketing and fundraising activities as required
• Perform any job-specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Role Description

This position reports to the General Manager, interfacing with Company managers, suppliers, vendors, partners, and clients as regards brand and marketing strategy and policy implementation.
