Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, GAAP, and SOX regulations in invoicing and billing processes.
• Timely and accurately enter invoices and billings into the accounting system to maintain seamless operations.
• Review and validate that all payments are properly supported and authorized in line with Group Policies and Processes.
• Process payments promptly to enhance the company’s working capital efficiency.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures for precise financial reporting.
• Manage the accrual of expenses incurred by the company to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure GST recognition aligns with IRAS regulations for smooth operations.
• Engage in special projects and tasks as assigned to support our financial objectives.

Requirement:

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 year working experience in MNC Accounts
• Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software

Additional information:

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Salary up to $4000 (Depending on Experience)
• Located in Bugis
• SAP S4 Knowledge will be an advantage.
