Key Responsibilities:

• Repack retail products into smaller packaging.
• Replenish retail products on shelves within the pharmacy.
• Check and monitor expiry dates for retail products and testers.
• Clean and maintain display shelves in the retail pharmacy.
• Pick and pack retail products for online orders.
• Count and track retail products to ensure accurate inventory.

• Nitec / Diploma keen in Healthcare / Pharmacy

Job Description

• Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.
• Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science Areas.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.
• Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.
• Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.
• Typing of worksheets and notes.
• Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes.
• Any other duties assigned by the School.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to operate electronic devices eg. hydroponics sets, aquaponics and other devices relating to Science
• To be able to do gardening (weeding, planting and watering)
• Preferably with more than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position and in a school environment

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
