Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Secretary and Corporate Compliance Coordinator to support the Managing Director and General Managers. This role involves managing corporate compliance initiatives, overseeing social responsibility programs, coordinating diversity and inclusion efforts, handling financial reporting, sales forecast reporting, monthly reporting, staff timesheet tracking, and various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

- Coordinate and implement social responsibility initiatives, including community engagement, philanthropy, and sustainability efforts, in alignment with company values and objectives.

- Facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives, including recruitment strategies, employee training programs, and diversity reporting requirements.

- Prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts, monthly reports, and staff timesheet tracking, to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Prepare monthly reports on compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability efforts for presentation to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate and organize training sessions and workshops on compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability topics for employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in corporate compliance, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, financial reporting, sales forecast, and staff timesheet tracking.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in compliance, social responsibility, diversity, and environmental sustainability.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software applications as needed.

The Position

· Responsible for the projects and technical activities including AutoCAD drawings, electrical wirings and quality check on products arrived from factory and sub-contractors.

· Follow up with company’s appointed sub-contractors and vendors for costs and lead-time in order to meet project budget and dateline

· Assist in ad-hoc warehouse activities (eg: Shipment arrivals, packing of orders, stock take, alert items with low stocks level, housekeeping)

The Person

• Reports to the Technical Sales Manager based in Singapore
• Knowledge in Autocad, Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good electrical & wiring background
• Knowledge in explosion proof products is a plus, but not a must
• Forklift license preferred, or the selected candidate will be sent for forklift course
• Well organised, positive and reliable individual with good attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with main contractor, consultants, sub-contractors
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulation
• Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs
• Prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals
• Monitor design development and liaise with consultants on design issues
• Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues
• Carry out Architectural Coordiantor works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings
• Assist Project Manager to monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports
• Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
• Be able to read and understand construction drawings
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Position Summary:

The purpose of this role is to support the sales function in South East Asia, working alongside regional sales and marketing teams to handle the day-to-day support responsibilities with minimum supervision. Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player

- Organized and Good Administrative Skills

- Responsible and Strong Work Ethic

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:

- Competitive salary structured towards helping employees grow with the company

- $2,800-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)

- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month

- Attractive regular team incentives from $300-$800/Month

- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 5-10% Increase)

- Management positions start from $4,000/Month base salary (for candidates identified with leadership potential)
