Duties & Responsibilities:
· Perform order entry & management of orders.
· Perform follow-up on order related issues (stock availability, timely deliveries, etc.,).
· Responding to enquiries from customers related to the status of orders.
· Tracking of credit limit and advance payments prior to shipping arrangements.
· Planning of shipment based on product availability and customer requests.
· Issuance of Letter of Credit (LC) documents for bank negotiation after shipment.
· Preparation of special price costing & quotation for approval.
· Maintenance of price list.
· Prepare and coordinate the supply chain processes for overseas shipment (shipping documents, pick list, invoices, delivery order).
· Handle order related issues such as stopping of shipment, warranty claims, deviations, discontinued product and perform notification to customer.
Skills and Competencies:
· NITEC or any professional certification in office skills or related fields.
· Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· A good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
