• Responsible for operational and management of stall/kiosk, monitor and ensure smooth operations of his / her respective outlet.
• Manage the location’s inventory, food, labour and operating costs
• Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage service, cleanliness of his / her respective outlet.
• Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies and optimize profitability
• Assist in the development and implementation of new food items and marketing programs
• To suggest new improved ways to every aspect of the business operations, including food, service, staff image etc.
• To optimize manpower with proper planning and allocation
• Ensure high service standard and customer satisfaction
• Staff recruitment and training
• Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
• Conduct / attend outlet meetings and training sessions as required

Job Description

1. To perform kitchen and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

2. To perform counter station in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), to perform cashiering function and suggestive selling on outlet specialties, promotion items to customers.

3. Practice proper usage and cleanliness of all outlet tools & equipment and in compliance with statutory safety requirements

4. Practice good housekeeping, and to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of premises including toilet (if any), including clearing the garbage bags from the rubbish bins

5. Comply with NEA requirements over personal & food hygiene and safety

6. Practice proper usage and storage of all food and beverage items so that quality is well-maintained

7. Assist in inventory management

8. Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior

• Position : Centre Manager-(Enrichment Centre - Primary/Secondary)-MUST have Supervisor Role
• Location : Bukit Timah Centre
• Working hours : 44 hours, 5 days work week, 4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm; 1-weekend: 8:30am to 6:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + Performance Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefit

Main Responsibilities:

• Provided exceptional customer service to clients, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings
• Managed centre operations including teachers and front desk team
• Handled operations reports as well as meeting of centre KPIs
• Handled multiple service requests simultaneously with accuracy and courtesy
• Lead centre's team to achieving sales targets
• Ensure smooth operation of centres of exceptional quality according to SOP
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment of the centre and ensure that safety protocols are adhered to
• Lead and manage the team

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 2 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals
• Able to work independently to resolve problems
