Requirements

· Degree in IT / Engineering, or diploma with years of experience equivalent

· Experience in turn-key development, implementation and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor systems in the IT and engineering domain

· Large-scale program management of multi-service line teams, including strong project management and communications skills, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, resource management, quality assurance and situational negotiations

· Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and/or commercial sectors

· Proven record of successful staff management in the area of leadership, staff motivation, performance appraisal, professional development and recruitment

· “Hands-on” attitude

· Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation

· Knowledge of Voice switching system will be a plus

A Snapshot

As the Maintenance Coordinator (MC) reporting to our Maintenance Service Manager (MSM), you will work closely with our Operations team, making an impact in a number of ways:

• Supporting the MSM in relation to all aspects of data centre operations to achieve 100% uptime and compliance with customer SLAs
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of managers, technicians and third party vendors to plan, manage and supervise maintenance activities, both planned and reactive, on a nominated site

Please note this role will be based in our data centre in Singapore.

Your Day to Day

• Support the MSM in delivering asset management services including, asset management delivery planning, maintenance planning, condition monitoring, and lifecycle planning
• Provide asset data management, utilizing the CMMS/IWMS including maintenance task specifications, drawings and fire engineering reports, records management, wastewater management, air quality management, water quality management and utility efficiency
• Coordinate the work order and administrative tasks for all on-site activities of technicians/engineers, and suppliers
• Act as the reliability champion for the site and support delivery of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM)
• Managing and raising work orders (WO) and access requests for repairs and maintenance tasks
• Updating the 52 Week Plans and continually reviewing asset management/maintenance plans
• Continually refining the CMMS system data/information including maintenance performed, uploading of service reports, faults/RCA, and updating of asset information
• Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and WO processes
• Support other sites during peak periods/as required
• Ensure accuracy and high quality of all data entered into applicable system(s)
• Preparing and controlling documentation for internal and external audits
• Sourcing relevant data to support completion of monthly, and quarterly reports
• Ad hoc reporting as required
• Ensure compliance with, local, state and federal regulatory requirements including environmental, building, fire, health & safety
• Assisting general site administration tasks
• Use CMMS and other software to provide/support inventory management (tools, equipment, and consumables)
• Use the CMMS and other sources of information to increase efficiency, generate customer reports, lower maintenance costs, improve work order management, increase equipment life, and support data-driven maintenance decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a maintenance planning function, ideally in critical environment or data centres
• A degree/technical qualification in a relevant field such as electrical/mechanical/MEP engineering
• Strong experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems like ServiceNow, Maximo, Si7, Tririga, and Archibus etc
• Excellent use of Microsoft Packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data utilizing BI tools, and pivot tables is a plus
• Familiarity with local/national regulatory codes, guidelines, and permit processes
• Understanding of ITIL and mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent understanding of data centre operations and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members
• Analyse complex problems, identify root causes, develop and implement effective solutions

Job Scope

• Perform day to day maintenance execution work as per business schedule and abide to Site Game ME process.

• On field supervision and co-ordinations with multi-disciplines and contractors on day to day execution to achieve goal zero safety in execution and meeting the site quality requirements.

• Flexi-Time adjustment for individual work duty to meet work requirements for nightshift coverage for specific durations during Furnace Recoiling event.

• End to end follow up on the maintenance execution, to meet production milestones with goal zero safety and Zero Quality finding.

• To ensure hot commissioning, startup, and run & maintain of Furnace and Process equipments are carried out as per the company Standard and procedure.

• To provide support to the planners for setting up the maintenance plan for Preventive maintenance programmed for mechanical jobs in the GSAP for Process equipments.

• Planning and Scheduling for the Reactive Maintenance work activities and resources from the GSAP work order and ensuring the plant is up for availability within ME KPI standard

without much impact to production schedule.

• To execute preventive & corrective maintenance activities as per the GSAP task in compliance with Client’s HSSE standard.

• Ensure work completed and work orders closed within the scheduled time in the GSAP and maintaining good KPI records for all maintenance activities.

• Carryout the Plant Change Request jobs and minor project to improve plant efficiency and equipments performance.

• To ensure all critical spare parts are available and maintained for the running Plant and follow up on stock proposal.

• Ensure that all the maintenance procedures, method statement and RA for all jobs are available and followed by the contractors during execution of high risk jobs to achieving the

goal zero incidents in all the maintenance activities

• Work Closely with OMC and operation on the daily maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and within schedule.
• Review work method statement and Johan for the high risk activities and mitigate the risk level to minimum acceptable level with appropriate control on the hazards.
• Perform troubleshooting on the problematic equipment by resume the equipment to a serviceable condition to meet production schedule or to avoid total production shutdown.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime on the equipment which requires a complete overhaul or repair and could lead to longer production down time.
• Co-coordinating with internal/ external contractors and vendor on daily maintenance execution and ensure all maintenance activities being carry out safely and timely.
• Plan and managing statutory equipment inspection and corrective maintenance activities during Shutdown of MOM equipment within a stipulated production schedule, budget and without compromising regulation, safety and quality. Work closely with inter-disciplines within in departments and cross functioning departments and liaising with external regulatory party (MOM Authorized Engineer).
• Executing Plan turn around and major shutdown Maintenance activities within a stipulated planned schedule, budget and achieving goal zero in safety without compromising the work quality.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical)
• Min 2 years of relevant Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry Experiences in Maintenance execution.
• Candidates with strong experience in Project, Maintenance and Turnaround areas will also be considered.
