This role handles frontline operation role at the workshop

Responsibilities

• Managing all frontline operation in an efficient manner.

• To meet Customer requirements and Principal standard.

• To achieve KPIs target set for all Upselling Programs

• Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge at all times to ensure smooth process flow until the vehicle has delivery after repair.

• Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises (Ad hoc basis).

• Manage WIP invoicing.

• Achieving quality service & maintaining good customer relations

• Attend to all complaint/feedback related to customer issue.

• Monitor KPIs target set for all the up-selling program and take initiative to meet or exceed the targets

• Assist in rolling out new program to up-sell new product within the centre

• Assist in overseeing of on-time delivery of repair vehicle

• Participate in Ad-hoc Project.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 years of working experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and is a strong team player

• Valid Class 3 driving licence

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Spend ample time in lobby to welcome and solicit guests for feedback.

2. Perform check-in and check-out duties. Assign room and prepare keys for check-in.

3. Resolve guests complaints to their satisfaction.

4. Patrol with Security the hotel premises to ensure orderliness.

5. Responsible for the Guest Service Manager float and currency exchange.

6. Process 3rd party charges such as credit card charges.

7. Match bills with correspondence for billing to Corporate clients and Groups/Travel Agents.

8. Walk VIP guests and bridal couple to the guestroom.

9. Complete Daily Duty Manager log after each shift.

10. Prepare Guest incident report

11. Keep informed on all current matters and maintain complete and readily accessible files and records

necessary for effective operation.
12. Maintain close liaison with all other departments to ensure 100% guests satisfaction.

13. Attend Department meetings and other meetings as required.

14. Conduct daily roll call with the team. Assign, coordinate, and supervise work activities of team. Communicate

activities, any problems and/or special information.

15. Conduct OJT (On-the-Job) training for new and existing Associates on duty.

16. Conduct performance appraisals for Associates and manage their performance by coaching and training them

in accordance with established hotel standards.

Responsibilities included:

• To be responsible for the preparation of report required by principal and internal stakeholders

This role has to promptly & professionally attend to the customers when they walk into our service centres. He/She coordinates the front line operation, booking of appointment and provide general administrative support (Handle first level of complaints, assisting Service Advisor's & Call agents ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the centre and any adhoc tasks assigned by the customer service Manager).

Job Scope

• Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.

• To assist in completion of payment transaction according to agreed terms before releasing vehicle.

• Provide assistance and support to Service Advisor's/Call agents/Customer Service Executive

• Walkabout in service centres and observe cues from customers

• Speak to customers waiting at the service lounge and perform upselling whenever possible

• Assist with inbound/outbound calls and making appointment booking for customers to visit the service centre.

• Do a follow-up call on no-show booking customers to fix another appointment booking date.

• Assist to answer all telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous and pleasant tone and voice with appropriate greeting, salutation where appropriate, announcement of company name and personal name.

• Transfer the calls in a professional manner where the other party is being informed of the transfer and the extension that they are being transferred to.

• Record messages accurately from customers and follow-up with SAs to ensure that messages/ calls are replied.

• Assist in the daily operation of the reception.

• Assist with collation of intake reports.

• Assist Customer Service Executive in handling 1st level of complaint cases

• Assist with cashiering and document submission to finance and respective managers

• Handle non-booking walk in customers tactfully to uphold customer service level standards at all times.

Knowledge & Skills

• Preferably Diploma Holders who specialized in Customer Service

• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant customer service industry.
