Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team and oversee the operations of our four outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in driving revenue, increasing customer loyalty, and creating a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage the daily operations of the F&B department and oversee the operation of 4 outlets.
2) Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations.
3)Ensure SFA and NEA rules and regulations are met and achieve inclusive of cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas.
4)Follows though opening and closing duties. Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant.
5)At the end of the shift, delivers all checks and reports.
6) Participate in weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plans.
7)Trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver good service to customers & also to handles customers feedback promptly. Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions.
8)To be able to work independently and manage smooth operations and troubleshoot problem areas effectively.
9)Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales, customer loyalty, revenue, and attract new customers. This may include social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, or other marketing initiatives.
10) Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales, customer loyalty, and revenue, utilizing various channels such as social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
11)Collaborate with chefs and F&B staff to develop new menu items. To promote restaurant, with festival events like Mother’s Day, CNY reunion dinner etc
12)Develop relationships with suppliers (current main suppliers all remain) only negotiate new contracts if we need extra new items like packaging etc.
13)Co Ordinate with office Marketing department - for online presence, including its website, social media accounts, and online review sites, customer reviews and engage with customers to build a positive online reputation for the restaurant.
14)Monitoring Market Trends: The F&B Manager should stay up-to-date with market trends, including changes in customer preferences, new technologies, and emerging competitors. This can help them to make informed decisions about menu changes, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and profitability across multiple locations
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in the restaurant industry
· Must be able to work on Weekends and PH
· Must be willing to work in Coffee Shop or Food Court environment.
· Have Class 3 vehicle licence will be an advantage
· Must possess Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.
