• Assist in the formulation and execution of CRM marketing automation, journeys, and processes to achieve business efficiency.
• Leverage CRM tools to analyse customer database, derive insights and execute recommendations together with cross functional team.

Job Scope

· Collaborate closely with Management and Japan HO to spearhead and oversee the comprehensive operations of Shopping Centre Management Division encompassing Leasing, Marketing & Communications, Building Services, M&E Services and Tenant Relations department

· Establish effective communication with affiliated companies to align and strategise the overall planning of the shopping centre operations

Requirements
