Duties and Responsibilities

Quality management and control

• Overall in charge of the entire packaging workshop, inclusive of data coding and laser printing and cellophane wrapping of final products.

Job Description

Perform the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. Act as Technical Authority, assuring the initial and continuing capability of the Production method to produce conforming product and ensuring the resolution of technical issues/problems/arisings to meet business and customer requirements for safety, cost, delivery rate and leadtime (SQCD). • Coach the team in the use of SAESL Operating Sytem, DMAIC and Sytem Engineerin Tools. Ensure compliance to all relevant company, legislative and technical policies, and standards.
• Cost – To provide leadership to Manufacturing Engineers to support operation cells to drive productivity and optimize OPEX costs.
• Standards – define, maintain and enhance to SAESL Operating System Standards. • Manage the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, turnkey solutions and ancillary fixtures/ tooling
