• Lead the development and characterization of advanced Grind/Trim processes.
• Collaborate with international teams and vendors to create processes that align with integration requirements for future technology nodes.
• Oversee the transfer of Grind/Trim processes to high-volume manufacturing facilities.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with advanced Grind/Trim equipment.
• Strong understanding of Grind/Trim process mechanisms and their impact on integration and structure.
• Experience with data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Ability to analyze experimental data and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams across different locations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven and adaptable to changing project needs.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

Delivering IT infrastructure services strategies and managing infrastructure-related issues, which include evaluation, conceptualisation, development, implementation, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure systems.
