Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Process knowledge: Deep knowledge of supply chain, operations, and logistics processes. Experience with analysis and monitoring tools, e.g. SAP transactions, BW applications, data lake queries.
• Organizational knowledge: Awareness about organizational structures in BASF, interaction between divisions and corporate / service functions.
• IT knowledge: Detailed knowledge of Microsoft standard applications, SAP ERP, and related tools for MFG, SL and P2P purposes.
• Process design / modeling: Capability to use process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio) for process mapping and design.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance supply chain processes and systems to foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement for overall optimization.
• Design, implement, and improve operational processes by integrating automation technology.
