Job Description
Assist HR Manager with daily operation of HR department.
Online usage of MOM work pass applications.
Update of employee records into company Master record system.
Record and monitor leave and attendance of employees for punctuality.
Prepare letters of appointment for employees.
Collate timesheets and timecards of workers for overtime calculation.
Maintain proper filing of HR documents.
Source for training vendors to register employees for training.
Update training records and P-files.
Identify employees for training to support project needs and requirements.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback from employees.
Qualification
Minimum Diploma / Degree in HRM / Business Administration / Malaysia SPM
Experience / Skills Required
Minimum two years experience in a HR role.
Experience in construction industry preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to interact with people at all levels.
Working hours and days of work
44 hours of work for 6 days per week.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
