Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage any issues sales offices may have, pertaining to the business

• Set, monitor and analyse country performance for dry/reefer OOG to improve their performance to meet target, including but not restricted to CGM numbers
• Work with GCSM to promote service quality target for ONE, cargo turnaround time, customer visits, etc.
• Manage demurrage and detention, long stay containers, surcharge improvement
• Investigate market data

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in maritime/shipping disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' working experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS or Google products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
