Position Purpose

As the Retail Operations Executive, you manage the sales and operation function of the business. Reporting to Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing market reports, implementing retail strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Description

-Build and achieve retail / counter sales with knowledge of sales trending, trade stock holdings and historical sales/targets.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team, overseeing pre- and post-contract activities (e.g., insurance, performance bonds, retention sums, variation orders etc).
