Role: As an E-commerce and Customer Service Executive, you will be an ambassador for our products, providing exceptional customer service across all fronts - our showroom, WhatsApp channel, phone, social media, and emails. Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce (User Experience Focus)

1. Website Management: Manage and maintain the company’s ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experience.
2. Product Listings: Manage product listings, produce product content, upload images onto our E-commerce website, and ensure all product information and images are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Performance Tracking: Use web analytics tools to track site performance and user engagement, making adjustments as necessary to improve UX. Analyse sales performance vs targets, identify bestsellers, and provide recommendations to improve sales and webstore user experience.
4. Product Launches: Plan and execute key launches and sales.

Customer Service (Operations, Satisfaction, and Retail Servicing Focus)

1. Customer Support: Serve and support customers who visit the studio, providing them with product information and assistance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels including our showroom, WhatsApp, phone, social media, and emails, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Showroom Management: Maintain a well-presented, clean, and organized showroom at all times. Receive and process orders, new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as all stock-take exercises.
3. Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks and pack new stocks to ensure that they meet our standards and specifications. Investigate defect issues with the designer. Ensure stocks tally online and onsite.

Teamwork

1. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (such as sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure a unified approach to customer service and ecommerce operations.
2. Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, sharing insights, and collaborating on problem-solving.
3. Team Development: Participate in team building activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

1. Knowledge Acquisition: Proactively acquire knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication.

The Executive is responsible for supporting the Director in driving, leading and supporting the Activation, Research and Training – 3 key pillars of the Centre for Health Activation and to provide account servicing support for the two coordinating centres of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation. Strategies are aligned to support the broader mission and vision of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation where the key focus is to drive the 3 pillars of innovation – workforce transformation, technological innovations and care redesign.

The Executive must be able to lead and build synergy as one Centre for Health Activation team member – be a positive, proactive and responsible team player and collaborate closely with teams within CHA.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Support the strategic projects and initiatives pertaining to building and sustaining new and existing community partnerships to health drive activation efforts in the Central and Northern regions of Singapore. Develop and implement a conducive framework and environment for individuals to take charge of their own health and to care for the health of others in the community.
• Support the development and implementation of a sustainable training and research roadmap, community engagement framework and toolkit that would help enhance and elevate the branding and reputation of the Centre for Health Activation and the two coordinating centres of Centre for Healthcare Innovation. This includes an account servicing role, presentation of proposals for the approval of Senior Management and other relevant meeting platforms and ensure the timely completion of all projects and reporting of outcomes.
• Build and sustain community partnerships in the areas of training volunteers and co-creating a community of practice in driving community activation and building a community of carers. Create the means, framework, platform and environment for residents living in Central and Northern regions to take charge of their own health and to go beyond self-care to serving the wider community.
• Build a vibrant network of health and social care volunteers by bringing together volunteers and partners from different organisations to network, share experiences and best practices and exchange ideas and bond with one another. This diversity allows CHA to have fresh perspectives for better decision making, risk management and a more robust corporate governance.
• Build diverse communities of activated volunteers with shared interests. Ideas garnered from learning platforms could go towards research or to improve the framework in developing and sustaining a pipeline of committed and trained volunteers.
• Identify and leverage potential funding programmes and partners as seed funding for implementation of pilot training programmes under the auspice of CHA.
• Establish governance and volunteer management framework to ensure that community programmes adhere to organisational values and volunteers are continuously engaged and sustained for practice in a safe and conducive environment.
• Execute large scale community based-events within set budgets, standard operating protocols, funding mechanisms and pre-defined timelines.
