What the role is

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare CPF e-submission and method for CPF calculation rate
• Submission of GST quarterly and other IRAS matters
• Ensuring payments (AP) are prepared promptly for payment to creditors
• Proper recording of Petty Cash cashflow and reimbursement
• Procurement recordings, evaluation and assessment of suppliers and vendors
• Regular updating and uploading of accounting entries especially cashflow
• Collection and tracking of payment of invoices
• Generating financial reports to assist management in decision making, budgeting, costing and forecasting
• Follow the appropriate accounting processes and adhere to process flow
• Update, track and monitor salary payment and records of employee
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strong grasp of data analysis, digital marketing, and creativity to manage both online and offline marketing efforts. Experience in Excel, especially pivot tables and data analysis, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in developing product launch strategies and coordinating marketing activities across different channels.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
• Oversee the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand identity.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance digital outreach and engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Use Excel (pivot tables, filters, and data analysis) to track and analyze marketing performance data, including sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports, identifying key insights and trends to inform future strategies.

Creative & Content Development:

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, etc.) and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Work with designers to produce high-quality artwork and promotional content for both online and offline campaigns.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, and Procurement) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.

Event Management:

• Support the planning and execution of company events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, data analysis).
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
