Duties & responsibility:

• Provide daily administrative support to the department
• Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiry regarding polo lessons and prerequisites
• Assist in co-ordination of events and competitions
• Filing and record-keeping of database
• Assisting customers to find desired items at the shop
• Receiving and processing shipments and deliveries
• Organising merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to shoppers
• Informing shoppers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue
• Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively
• Auditing the price of inventory regularly
• Addressing and resolving shoppers' complaints and enquiry
• Any adhoc duties assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Minimum ‘O' level and experience in retail /sales is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experienced in handling credit card payments, administrative duties, etc
• Team player with a pleasant disposition and service oriented

• Basic $ 2,800- $3,200
• Working location: Raffles Place
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Contract Period: January 2025 - June 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks for the department or office.
• Answer all internal and external calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate person.
• Manage daily reception duties, welcoming visitors and ensuring proper check-in/check-out procedures.
• Oversee visitor access and control access cards.
• Provide related service of staff on board & resign procedures on FM scope.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations, setup turnover and necessary support.
• Logistic support in relation to Event Management & Public Relations activities.
• Alternate rotation to assist in Mailroom duties when required.
• Handle daily orders for consumables and manage hotel reservations.
• Offer employee welfare support.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LTPAs, products, or services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Plan and execute marketing and product campaigns across various channels.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Coordinate with the technical service team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth marketing activities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MES, including product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools and techniques and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
• Maintain high-quality sales and service support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
