• To perform the duties set and strive to manage assigned brands management independently
• In-charge of all product issues (customers and consumers queries) for assigned brands (Diapers, Feminine care and Adult care)

• Liaise with media on ATL

Support in Purchasing in :

• In-charge of inventory management

Job Description

• To mange company social marketing platforms (Facebook / IG/ TikTok)
• To create Facebook/ IG marketing campaigns and track the performance
• Assist in Social Media management and content creation, including social media and editorial writing
• Organise offline marketing efforts, such as events, workshops, partnerships and exhibitions.
• Create and design Marketing collaterals, advertising posters
• Able to understand how WordPress works to have basic maintenance of our websites.
• Monitor SEO & SEM campaigns and track results
• Other adhoc tasks related

Responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry potential, competitors and market trends.
• Collect customer needs and feedback, analyze market pain points and opportunities.
• Develop new customers, establish contact with potential customers through channels such as phone, email, and face to face meetings, and understand their needs.
• Plan and organize sales activities, including industry exhibitions, business negotiations, etc: Participate in marketing activities and advertising to enhance the company’s brand awareness and image,
• Searching for potential partners, conducting cooperation negotiations and negotiation with them. Signing cooperation agreements and establish long term stable cooperation agreements and establish long term stable cooperative relationships.
• Regularly write market reports, summarizing market trends and competitors’ situations.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, logistics management and related fields
• Have strong market insight and business negotiation skills, adept at discovering and seizing business opportunities
• Having good communication skills and teamwork
• Proficient in using office software and market analysis tools, such as Microsoft office, CRM systems
• Having good learning ability and self motivation. Able to continuously learn and adapt to market changes.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of related working experiences in B to B sales (preferably, food & beverage ingredients, food additives or chemical products industry) and/or at least 3 years of experiences in R&D of food ingredients or process food (such as instant noodle, mixed seasonings and confectionary etc).
• Highly motivated individual and ability to initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives;
• Possess good interpersonal skills;
• Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales targets; and
• Good communication skill and a team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To gather market information (such as market trend, competitors’ information) and issues of the customers.
• To make action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
• To propose our products and our solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of our customers based on the information gathered.
• To take countermeasures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
• To make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis
• To ensure prompt payment collections.
• To place orders of our items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
• To carry out Q&A procedure when registration of new product and/or revision of product are required.

• Generating data to establish a basis for analyzing sales and fostering market growth through the utilization of Microsoft and SAP software.
• Responsible for promotional initiatives, generating leads, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
