Job Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Assistant Manager to lead and enhance procurement operations within an established organization. The role focuses on aligning divisional procurement strategies with overarching corporate policies, ensuring governance and operational transparency, and driving value creation through optimized procurement processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable and competitive supplier base while implementing best-in-class procurement systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing and Analysis: Perform spend analysis and supply market intelligence studies to develop and support procurement strategies, including annual planning and sourcing initiatives.
• Cost Optimization: Drive procurement cost reduction efforts and identify opportunities for efficiencies, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Policy Alignment and Compliance: Implement divisional procurement processes in alignment with corporate policies (GPPA) and ensure strict compliance with governance standards.

Requirements:
