About the Role

This contract position supports YouTube Ads’ Asia Pacific team, aiming to elevate marketing initiatives and enhance share in digital ad spend through engaging, strategic content and program development. If you have a strong background in B2B marketing and program management, this is a great opportunity to impact YouTube's competitive positioning across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Support priority program design, from concept through implementation, for YouTube seller programs.
• Develop compelling B2B collateral such as social media content, sales enablement materials, and video assets.
• Oversee daily project management tasks, tracking program milestones and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 4-6 years in B2B marketing with demonstrated program management capabilities.
• Tools: Expertise in Google Slides and Sheets, and 1-2 years using TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta products.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and establish the hotel brand identity.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel's pre-opening phase.
• Manage the hotel's digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media engagement, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to reach the target audience effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

The incumbent champions all matters relating to digital marketing with a key focus in the US and UK regions spanning from website management and promotional activities to the optimization of digital assets and marketing leads generation, supporting the overall aim of driving web traffic, raising the profile and brand image of the company and increasing revenue.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business and/or related fields
• Experience handling CMS for a website; familiarity with Sitecore is a plus
• Proven track record as a digital marketer in a multi-continent or multi-country capacity; experience working in hotel chains will be hugely advantageous
• Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Social media campaign management and Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred
• Experience in managing paid media

Job Responsibles:

1. Responsible for advertising placements for the company's financial APP

2. Manage advertising on leading platforms such as Baidu and UC, analyze target audiences, and develop corresponding ad strategies;

3. Create creative images, videos, and copy tailored to users, and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of ad materials;
