• Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Knowledge in sputtering coating technology
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Candidates with lesser experience could be considered for an Assistant Engineer role

1. Responsible to lead and motivate teams in a project to meet delivery timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specifications.
2. Update and manage schedules of assigned projects with accurate data for manager to compile and have time factory capacity utilization.
3. Feedback on workflow issues to manager in order to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Provide improvement reports for manager to compile and review.
5. Manage all change orders or deviations expected/ unexpected.
6. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
7. Monitor all construction documentations and able to retrieve accurate information
8. Review detailed drawings, and provide technical advice on practical design and construction.
9. Prepare required engineering reports, documents, and drawings to the relevant authorities for approval.
10. Familiar with AutoCad drawing

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Review technical requirements for the project
• Design the needed solution to meet technical requirements
• Perform RF study and testing
• Coordinate with vendors for the necessary equipment for deployment
• Coordinate with customer on specific requirements
• Coordinate with other contractors for project requirements
• Perform documentations as part of project requirements
• Coordinate with internal team on the different interfaces
• Conduct training if needed
• Perform Factory Acceptance testing
• Create test cases relevant the system on hand
• Perform System Acceptance Testing
• Apply for the needed site forms which include Permit to Work (PTW), Access Request Form etc.

A little about you

• Bachelor's degree or Dimploma in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
• Good understanding of RF engineering principle
• Diligent and self-motivated team player
• Able to manage customer and sub-contractors for site matters
• Possess knowledge in Network Switch and Router configuration is a plus
• Able to troubleshoot system problems up to module level
• Proactive, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Able to respond to customer complaints and rectify faults, 24/7
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
