Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the Engineering Manager to coordinate the execution of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering work and manages the whole team of electrical engineers on the project.
2. Ensures the technical quality and the timely issuance of all the electrical documents and drawings on the project.
3. Act as the first point of contact for Client or internal queries on electrical discipline.
4. Communicates priorities and assigns tasks to the electrical engineering team.
5. Ensure the electrical team follows and executes the AtkinsRealis' Quality Management System (QMS) procedures/processes / guidelines and instructions.
6. Raises concerns and change notices for the Engineering Manager consideration.
7. Organize regular electrical discipline meetings. Draft the action plan and follow up on the closure of the action plans.
8. Ensure that the workload is appropriately distributed across the electrical engineering team.
9. Train and coach the electrical team on technical requirements and decide the technical solutions to be applied on electrical design.
10. If necessary, directly prepares and issues critical electrical deliverables.
Requirements
1. At least 10 years working experience in electrical engineering .
2. Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
3. Experience working with International engineering companies and clients.
4. Experience in Industrial projects (Bio-Pharma/Fine Chemical project is preferred).
5. Strong technical background, certification as Singapore Electrical Professional Engineer is preferred.
6. Good communication skills and team leadership.
7. Familiar with the GMP and cGMP knowledge.
8. Familiar with Singapore Regulations, and also international pharmaceutical regulations.
