• With knowledge of accounting entry, AML checking and MAS reporting, i.e. 610, 755, etc.

• Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage as there is a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Roles and Responsibility

• To perform 12hrs shift duties at any deployed sites
• To perform safe entry for staffs, workers, visitors and contractors
• To safe guard the premises through surveillance and patrols
• Identify and report unusual or suspicious movements in occurrence
• Perform access control duties at the check-point
• To monitor CCTV surveillance when required
• To update and report any fire alarm activation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level
• 1 year working experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support in payroll processing and other administrative financial tasks.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimally 2 years of experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
