• Performing enhanced due diligence and reviews of PEP clients including Periodic Review
• Advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to KYC.
• Liaise with internal clients like AML Front Control/Front office/ operations/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Prepare of periodic management reports
• Ability to identify KYC issues and ensure client meets regulatory and internal requirements before account opening
• Ability to perform KYC reviews and name hits review promptly
• Assessment of risk and daily BAU KYC related matters (i.e. unblocking of transactions)

Requirement:

• 8 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank
• Experience in the onboarding and account opening of PEP clients.
• Knowledge of the Singapore regulations, i.e. Banking Act, SFA, FAA.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills and attention to details.

Overall Responsibilities:

As the senior security and client engagement officer, you will play a crucial role in execution of security plans and exercises within the premises. you will spearhead the implementation and enforcement of rigorous security protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of our premises and occupants. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to security plans, protocols, and SOPs.

• Conduct vigilant patrols and monitor CCTV systems.

• Report any malfunction or breakdown of facilities or machinery items (e.g., turnstiles, ceiling lights) to the SCC.
• Collaborate in Fire Safety Management during both drills and actual fire incidents.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Extend a professional welcome to and greet arriving tenants/guests.
• Assist with both phone and walk-in inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Deliver high-quality service to tenants/guests by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to their requests.
• Handle complaints and suggestions from tenants/guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge to provide tenants/guests with information regarding directions, available services, and facilities when required.

Partner and work with various FAB users, to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities:

• Looking for a reliable, agile, and professional individual.
• Oversee the Team spare/ chemicals / inventories stores – upkeep with good house-keepings, periodic cycle counts. Maintain the inventory database, ensuring timely and accurate recordings, raise purchase requests accordingly.
• Take charge and provide day to day supports in all logistics needs and initiate material/spare parts procurement when required to ensure smooth Fab operations.
• Accountable for the inventory movements required to enable smooth lot operations across IME Premises.
• Follow through the orders from the start of purchase till delivery and to ensure that goods are delivered are on time.
• Work seamlessly with various stakeholders to provide logistics support and deliver inventory on time.
• Work towards and employ critical thinking, put-up good initiatives to move forward to digitalization.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

Experience:

• Education: Diploma in engineering discipline. Preferably in supply chain logistic/ warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations.
• Preferably some experience in semiconductor / manufacturing environment, with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.
• Strong knowledge-based on excel skills and some knowledge of supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Enforces company rules and regulation and requirements of the Port Facility Security Plan
• Drafts and maintains company procedures and risk assessment, ensuring company procedures, risk assessments and instructions are followed and updated when necessary
• Oversees and troubleshoots Security systems under the security department such as CCTV system, access control gantries, barriers, etc

• Develops and manages databases of Security related information
• Identifies and interprets trends or patterns that could lead to potential security exploits through data analysis
• Creates management dashboards to assist in tracking of departmental activity progress and quick generation of reports
• Performs other assignments as assigned by Security Manager

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant working experience performing technology-related work
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate, PowerApps, etc
• Good technical knowledge of computers, access control systems & devices, CCTV hardware and software and other common security, IT and OT equipment
• Has experience managing security IT/OT systems such as CCTV hardware / software, access control, biometric or card door and gantry systems, cark park barrier systems, Patrol Clocking devices, etc
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit to perform checks and inspection on tools, equipment and systems in yard operational areas, building and perimeter
• Able to single handedly resolve and converse with relevant IT departments or suppliers on physical security system issues
