Purpose:
To independently define the concepts, design, prepare and deliver fire protection system deliverables for the assigned project (may include Construction, Commissioning and Offshore assignment) effectively and efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, and independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project.

Responsibilities

• Understands the project specific specifications and requirements of the assigned project (mayinclude Construction, Commissioning and Offshore assignment) and Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.
• Develops design philosophies, engineering specifications, PFD and P&ID drawings (for fire water pump system, fire water network, deluge system, foam system and gaseous fire fighting system), Shadow drawings of firewater & foam System, Layout of fire protection system (such as hydrant, monitor, hose reel, deluge system or extinguisher and fire & gas devices), Passive fire protection( Fireproofing ) zone diagram, data sheets of fire fighting equipment, fire water demand calculations, hydraulic calculation and equipment sizing specific to the assigned project and validates them with the Lead Engineer.
• Independently evaluates the fire protection aspect of all the bids received for packages from various suppliers, involves in technical bid evaluation process to ensure that selected vendors meet technical/engineering requirements as stipulated in the project specifications and gives assessment in consultation with Lead Engineer to the Package Engineer.
• Independently prepares the technical reports (fire water demand calculation, fire water hydraulic calculation as per NFPA), line list, set point list and fire & gas system C&E for the assigned project.
• Independently develops solutions to technical/engineering and related problems by analyzing the issues/data, interpreting the analysis and evaluating various options/measures using experience, precedents and professional references.
• Participates in safety meetings, explains the fire protection system to the committee and closes the observations and recommendations in a timely manner.
• Participates in key stakeholder (Client / Supplier / Sub‐contractor / Class) meetings, reviews stakeholders’ documents and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues, and escalates where necessary to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Provides technical/engineering support and advice to Construction/Commissioning work at site, trouble shoots and follows up to rectify the gaps or problems. Where necessary, provides off‐site support and advice.
• Is responsible for capturing lessons learned in his/her functional area, entering in lessons learned system, and closing out project related lessons learned actions.
• Guide Junior Engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering. Alternatively, Diploma in Engineering with several years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in fire fighting engineering in oil and gas sector for graduates or at least 12 years of relevant working experience for diploma holders.
• For Master degree holder, minimum of 6 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in engineering company or EPC contractor is required
• Must be familiar with the applicable industry standards (NFPA, API) and Classification Society code (ABS, DNV), Company standards, specifications and procedures for his/her functional area.

Purpose:

• Independently manages/develops/provide advice on solutions to technical/engineering and related issues by reviewing the issues/data and analysis and evaluating various options/measures using expert knowledge, seasoned experience and precedents and professional references where necessary.
• Reports any deviation from COMPANY standard specification and practices, concept change to Department Manager and seek his approval on the solution.
• Anticipate potential problems and takes preventive actions and independently handles variation in project execution. Develop unique solutions for complex technical problem that

• Visits suppliers, reviews test results of process equipment to ensure that they function as per specifications. Where necessary, works with the suppliers/contractors concerned to rectify the deficiencies making sure that they comply with the specifications and are ready on time.
• Lead/participate in meetings, reviews progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues, escalates where necessary to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Independently evaluate the process requirement for all packages in marine & topside contributes to technical bid evaluation process, ensures selected vendor meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications.
• Review progress of projects and address complex interface/implementation/execution issues to ensure that the project proceed timely and smoothly.
• Plans and organizes resources and schedule.
• Provides technical/engineering support and advice to Construction/Commissioning, Offshore work at site, directs trouble shooting and follows up with stakeholders to rectify the gaps or problems. Handles more complex issues, and where necessary, provides off-site support and advice.
• Independently prepare facility start-up procedures, finalizes with operation team input and provides expert advice / guidance / trouble shooting for facility start-up at offshore.
• Guides/supervises junior Engineers and provide feedback to department manager for their performance.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in process engineering in oil and gas sector for degree holders or minimum of 14 years of relevant working experience for Master degree holder,
• Direct work experience on FPSO/FSO projects and
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Shipyard.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center deployments and the construction of large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data center deployments and build large-scale infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage network routing and switching protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS.

General Description

The incumbent is responsible to provide technical process support to the Production Shift teams and the Facility Owner of the process area in the LNG Terminal.

Roles and Responsbilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities and develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities, make recommendations and execute continuous process improvements in the areas of safety initiatives, equipment reliability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot for process and equipment problems to ensure greater operational reliability and efficiency
• Measure plant performance including power consumption index, operating index relating to process availability, efficiency and reliability and other relevant field data surveys.

Work Experience

• Minimum of eight (8) years practical experience in process engineering function in an oil, gas or petrochemical industries.
• Conversant with local/international codes, regulations, standards, best practices in the process.
• Good knowledge of commissioning, operations and troubleshooting of a variety of large and complex processes in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is critical.
• Knowledge of the LNG / natural gas or other hydrocarbon industries would be advantageous. Candidates with experience in cryogenic plant design, commissioning and start-up are preferred.
• Certified Energy Manager certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management, Process Hazard Analysis and Functional Safety would be advantageous
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, controls and mechanical discipline would be advantageous
