About the role

Responsibilities

In this diverse role, you will manage the needs of the staff and the office. Responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Promote HR best practices that are relevant to the business needs and consult management on HR matters including but not limited to performance management, manpower reporting & analysis, and budgeting
• Provide support and lead audits in relation to HR matters with external parties including but not limited to Ministry of Manpower, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and external auditors
• Updating and maintaining HRS, Talenox
• Coordinating and organising all internal social events
• Managing administrative accounts and providers including but not limited to ordering all office supplies, stationary and pantry supplies
• Checking staff’s expenses on Expensify
• Manage meeting and travel schedules for CEO
• Creating and editing presentations for CEO
• Maintain registry for contracts and documents and inplement systematic way of filing contracts and documents
• Provide support for Corporate Secretary work limited to liaising with appointed external Corporate Secretary agent
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills / Experience

You will be someone with a passion for organization and supporting a business to achieve success. Key skills, and experience include but not limited to;

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably gained in a start-up role
• BA Degree holder
• Experience in HRS, Talenox and Expensify is appreciated
• Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower rules, regulations and guidelines
• Knowledge of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s rules, regulations and guidelines in terms of employee’s employment income
• Graphic design skillset is appreciated, exposure to Adobe Illustrator and other design softwares
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks at once and possess the flexibility with can-do attitude to take on duties that are outside of what is required of an office manager
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work, with the ability to follow through on all tasks
• Cheerful and pleasant disposition
• Good command of English, written and spoken as you will be tasked to draft up and communicate HR policies and Marketing / Branding material

Overview of the Role

• The Project Manager/ Implementation Manager is expected to manage highly complex and time-sensitive client projects.
• The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of cluster and/or global client projects numbering from approximately 10-20 depending on scope and complexity, with highest level of quality and professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and total client satisfaction: Implement client objectives within standard guidelines and timeframes
• Act as an advisor to the client in building the overall structure of the project and fine tune the solution to fit the client's requirements.
• Act as the primary interface to client, while coordinating all internal and external project related activities.
• Support Sales effort by participating as a part of the deal team to prepare client pitches.
• Comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives.
• Appropriately manage and resolve issues and escalations raised throughout the project through proper issue tracking and escalation channels.
• Continuously seek to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements in the process and Implement such improvements whenever possible.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of client management and/or project management experience is good to have.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with cash/trade products and business processes.
• Strong influencing skills to manage virtual teams.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office products, including MS Project.
• Certified Project Management training / certification (i.e. Project Management Professional - PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, or equivalent) preferred.
• A technical background and a strong understanding of human and system interfacing, interaction and design are also highly desirable.
• Since the clientele will involve handling Mandarin speaking clients, business-level proficiency in Mandarin is good to have.

Education

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required, Masters degree is good to have.

As a Front Office Shift Leader, Night, you will be working permanent night shift and be responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of all front office areas. You’ll also assist to create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location and achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. A little taste of your day-to-day
