Job Description

• Providing full support to the C-suite office.
• Managing C-suite executives' personal and business diaries.
• Coordinating meetings, events, conference calls, and interviews.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, minutes recording, liasing with 3rd-parties vendors for various projects.
• Document expenses and facilitate claiming of expenses for C-suite Executives.
• Liasing with Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia office.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• Organizing fund-raisers, staff appreciation functions, and other company events.
• Performing personal errands for C-level executives as required.
• Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for C-level executives.
• Involve in all projects and all relevant license application.

Requirements

• Certification in office administration or management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Corporate image and well-spoken.

NOTE: Remuneration package will vary according to experience.
