• Highly organised and detail-oriented to manage multiple orders and vendor relationships simultaneously
• Resourceful with strong problem solving skills to address unexpected supply chain issues

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating business processes and/or delivery of products and services to Company policy and country regulatory requirements.
• To provide assistance to team and support ongoing projects like current TKDN project.
• Participates in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals.
• Exercises independent judgement within defined parameters.
• Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
• Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.

Requirements:

• Software: SAP
• Degree holder
• Preferably with some working experience (1-3 yrs) in managing projects, including planning, execution and analysis related to Supply Chain operations.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and go beyond what is required.
• Ability to gather, analyses, and interpret data relevant to the role. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Operations Executive [Airfreight]

Working Day: Monday - Friday 9 am – 6 pm / 10 am – 7 pm
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: $2200 – 2800

Job Description

• Daily Operations for Air Freight
• Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
• Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
• Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
• Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
• Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
• Managing Warehouse – Forklift usage
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Any other duties as per requirement and assigned

job Requirements

• With experience in handling Air Freight Operations and documentations
• With Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain is preferred
• With forklift license is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
