Wiser support:

• Deal with Wiser questions on first-line queries (ticketing tool), escalating to the team as needed

• Keep our HR system (Workday) up to date with accurate Wiser information 

• Prepare any required documentation for our Wisers (e.g. employment agreements, references, visa invitation letters, etc.)

• Support our Payroll team with any documentation needed to process changes (e.g. joiners, benefits, etc.)

• Maintain the team’s content on Confluence (our intranet) so that Wisers can access correct information at any time

Team initiatives:

• Collaborate with the People team on local and global projects

We are looking for exceptionally smart people with strong development skills and an avid interest in web/mobile development. Requirements

The Studio Operations Intern will be a part of the CNBC Studio technical production team in APAC that outputs daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide.
