JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for overseeing all cleaning staffs on allocated sites
- Reponsible for inventory on sites (Stocktake, procuring & delivery)
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to multiple sites
- Additionally, carrying out cleaning works to bolster team efficiency
- Planning, reviewing and conducting work schedules for cleaners
- Build good rapport with clients
- Train and guide new cleaners according to company standards
- Ensure all safety measures are adhered to on site
- Recruitment of manpower
- Resolving and managing of incidents
- Administative matters (Hardcopy & softcopy)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimally possess 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimally possess a 3 driving license
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to contribute to operational improvement
- Have a methodical approach to cleaning that is organised, efficient and thorough
- The ability to work well independently, and lead a team
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- A positive and approachable manner
- Good numeracy and literacy
- Adaptability to change and willingness to adopt new processes and ideas
- The ability to deliver quality work and to work unsupervised
- Attend meetings
