Key Responsbilities involve:

- Administrative Support

- Calendar Management - Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and photoshoots for the photographer.

- Correspondence Handling - Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the photographer.

- Document Preparation - Draft and proofread documents, contracts, and correspondence.

- File Organization - Maintain and organiSe digital and physical files, including portfolios, contracts, and client information.

- Social Media Management - Assist in managing the photographer’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

- Portfolio Updates - Help update and maintain the photographer’s portfolio and website with recent work and achievements.

- Daily Errands - To handle personal errands as needed, including ,appointments, and other tasks that support the photographer’s work

Job: Personal Assistant to Director

Working day/hours:

Monday to Friday: 5 days work week

Time: 3pm to 11pm (Daily 8 hours)

Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Stadium MRT CC6)

Job scope:

Assist Director in daily personal/company works

Filing/doing general paperwork

Perform basic bookkeeping

Handle payroll & perform HR support

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Director

Posting on social media platforms

Ad hoc assignment by Director

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin(spoken and written) in order to communicate with Director
• Female working enviroment
• Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
• Good time management, pleasant personality with an outgoing mind
• Highly self-motivated and professional
• Responsible, efficient and self-driven

Salary: $2200 (Training period 1-3 months), $2600 (Confirmation)
