Admin Cum Accounts Assistant ($2800-$3000)
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant at our company, you will provide critical support in financial and administrative tasks. This role demands a professional capable of managing daily financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, and reporting.
· Update incoming receipts daily
· Prepare daily aging report
· Generate invoices and customer monthly SOA.
· Follow up closely with the payment due from client
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation
· Monitoring & updating of employee’s benefits & attendance monitoring, medical leave, annual leave, etc.
· Support the preparation for audits and liaising with auditors
· Perform other routine accounting and administrative activities according to the organization’s established procedures.
· Handling of incoming calls and forward to the appropriate personnel
· Assist admin matters
· Assist Manager on other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Minimum of an Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent..
Experience: At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Driving Licence: Need driving licence
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP).
Key Competencies: Good organizational, communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: Standard office hours are from 9am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
