Job Responsibility

1. Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing bunkering operations and supply chain efficiency
2. Develop and recommend strategies for market expansion, customer retention, and revenue growth
3. Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance and operational safety
4. Assist in developing company policies to meet regulatory requirements, particularly regarding environmental sustainability and safety standards
5. Conduct operational audits and recommend improvements to ensure best practices in safety, fuel handling, and environmental protection
6. Assist the sales and business development teams in identifying new opportunities within the maritime sector
7. Provide expert analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients
8. Offer strategic advice on expanding the company’s client base, service offerings, and geographic reach
9. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, port authorities, and clients
10. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth communication and compliance
11. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the management team on operational performance, regulatory compliance, and market trends
12. Any adhoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

1. 8-10 years of experience in ship bunkering, maritime operations, or fuel supply chain management
2. Proven track record of providing strategic consulting in the maritime industry
3. Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, particularly those related to bunkering and environmental standards
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in providing strategic direction and mentoring staff

You will be responsible for maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution. The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, dynamic leader, excellent communicator, have demonstrable technical hand-on supporting CI/CD toolset coupled with excellent infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise.

· Developing and maintaining the entire DevOps pipelines.

· Coordinate with the stakeholders from requirements gathering until successful implementation DevOps pipeline on boarding.

• Work with the vendors to setup centralized DevOps solutions considering market best practice, Industry standard and ease of support.

· Work with the vendors to upgrade the DevOps tools farm and Integrating with tools.

· Lead analysis and resolution of root cause for Test Orchestration / Environment related issues

Job Requirement:

• Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).
• Prior technical background on different build strategies.
• Deep technical background on Kubernetes deployment process.
• Good knowledge on maintaining/deploying secrets in Kubernetes.
• Strong working experience in setting up Jira workflow.
