• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications, network devices, desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.

What you will be working on?

1. Process and manage grant applications submitted by individuals and organizations through the grant portal.
2. Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
3. Respond to public queries regarding grant applications and procedures via email, phone, or other communication channels.
4. Provide clear guidance to applicants on grant requirements and processes.
5. Compile and analyze data related to grant applications and outcomes to support reporting and decision-making.
6. Maintain organized records of grant applications and related documentation.
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
   

What are we looking for?
