The role requires a high level of customer service to handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide personalized service that meets the hotel’s standards. The Reservation Sales Officer is also responsible for updating room availability and collaborating with different departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries, including group bookings and corporate accounts, via phone, email, and online platforms, providing information on room types, rates, and availability.
• Process and confirm reservations accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly in the hotel’s booking system.
• Upsell room types and promote hotel packages to maximize room revenue.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and other relevant departments to manage guest preferences and special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Update room availability and rates in the system, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and avoiding overbookings.
• Prepare and send reservation confirmations and cancellations to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and other hotel services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Previous experience in a hotel reservations or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and bookings.

• Working hours: 5 days work week, including weekends, rotating shift work
